Job Purpose

The Purpose of this job is to perform & supervise the Manufacturing Operations of Ampoule and Eye Drops department, so the products are delivered and supplied on time to the patients at the end of supply chain.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Pharm D is required.
  • 0-1 year of experience in a similar pharmaceutical role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in documentation and report writing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Safety of the area with Zero Waste Promotions and SIF avoidance ZAP reporting (3Z).
  • Ensure strong compliance in Quality, EHS, Legal and other critical parts of the business related to the area of responsibilities.
  • Ensure data integrity compliance and improve DI controls (ALCOA + principles) in the Ampoules and Eye drops department.
  • To perform & supervise manufacturing & filling operations of the ampoule and eye drop area, to achieve the production plan on time.
  • Maximum utilization of resources for delivery of quality products and to improve KPIs.
  • Effectively implement GPS in the manufacturing area of Ampoule and Eye drops & Update respective production visual boards.
  • To Ensure SAP data posting/transaction for Ampoule and eye drop Area.
  • Ensure to give maximum time on Production floor.
  • Make sure 100% SOPs are In-place In-use in Ampoule & Eye drops manufacturing.
  • Identify, develop and implement improvement/Operational Excellence (OE) projects to generate cost savings (Strategy Deployment).
