  • Physically inspect the Raw Materials at the time of unloading at factory/warehouse and ensure quality standards as per packing list.
  • Sign the inspection report and provide remarks in case of deviation from standards.
  • Monitor the Production processes to ensure that diapers/sanitary napkins manufactured meet approved design, size, weight, dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Supervise the Quality Control Staff at stacker, grade-II, and Lab. Monitor grading of diapers/sanitary napkins into A, B, C, and D categories and check the reports of segregated quantities.
  • Supervise and monitor different Lab tests applied on diapers/sanitary napkins to ensure and improve quality as per standards and company policies. Verify laboratory reports and inform Incharge/Management of any deviations from standards.
  • Visit all areas in the Production Hall, Raw Materials Warehouse, and Store, pointing out unclean areas to the admin department to maintain hygienic conditions.
  • Check the stacking of Raw Materials in the Production Hall/Warehouse to ensure they are properly placed and protected from environmental effects (moisture, dust, temperature, sunlight, etc.).
  • Check the safety devices installed at all points regularly to ensure they are in working condition.

Job Specification

Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.

Ability to apply engineering theory and principles to problems of industrial layout or manufacturing production, usually under the direction of engineering staff. May perform time and motion studies on worker operations in various industries for establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
