About the role

The Data Quality Analyst will support the successful implementation of BAU projects and changes by being accountable for mapping, monitoring, and analytics of data against required data rules before upload to the HR system. The role will support organizational restructures, data uploads, job code imitations, data quality analysis, and general support of the Global Data Governance activities as necessary.

Your responsibilities
  • Understand the business users' requirements for specific projects
  • Lead preparation of data requirements based on business demand for uploads
  • Map data where required
  • Prepare monthly data quality scorecards
  • Organize and transform information into comprehensible structures
  • Use tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal business clients
  • Monitor data quality and assist in fixing corrupt data
  • Perform audits to ensure quality processes are followed
The experience we're looking for
  • Experience with Excel and other reporting tools
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders
  • Keen interest in data quality
  • Innovative mindset to improve data quality systems
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage projects effectively
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and good design sense
