Position OverviewAs the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, team leadership, and business performance of both our Male and Female salons. You will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, ensuring service excellence, and growing our client base through marketing, innovation, and outstanding leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Growth
- Develop and execute salon growth strategies, incorporating industry trends and new services
- Set and track KPIs for revenue, client retention, and service excellence
Operations Management
- Oversee daily salon operations, appointments, hygiene standards, and product inventory
- Implement SOPs to ensure premium client experiences
Staff & Resource Management
- Hire, train, and lead salon professionals with a focus on performance and culture
- Manage schedules, performance reviews, and team development
Sales, Marketing & Client Relationship
- Collaborate with marketing for promotions, social media, and lead generation
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalized service and loyalty programs
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance
- Drive product and service sales through strategic initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Cosmetology, or related field
3–5 years of salon or spa management experience (dual-gender salon experience is a plus)
Strong track record of customer service, team management, and sales growth
Preferred QualificationsCertification in salon management or advanced beauty therapy
Experience in high-end wellness, spa, or beauty environments
Strong digital marketing or influencer collaboration experience
