As a Floor Manager, your primary role will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon. This involves ensuring that clients receive excellent service and are satisfied with their experience.

  • You will also be responsible for booking client appointments, which requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • In addition, you will be tasked with arranging window displays to create an attractive and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Managing stock and inventory is crucial to ensure that the salon has sufficient supplies and products on hand.
  • You will also be responsible for checking cleanliness and other facilities to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential for productivity and efficiency.
  • You will also be responsible for organizing workshops and training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • A key aspect of your role is supervising staff to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Cash management is another critical responsibility, requiring accurate handling of transactions and reconciliation.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining Sales and Pending Amounts Worksheets to track financial performance.
  • Finally, you may be asked to perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the salon.
