We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a dynamic manufacturing facility specializing in foundry and industrial production. This role is critical in supporting strategic planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing financial performance through effective management of accounting, costing, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
  • Monitor production costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to foundry operations
  • Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
  • Develop internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
  • Support procurement and production departments with cost analysis and financial planning
  • Prepare management reports and KPIs for strategic decision-making
  • Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) preferred
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, ERP systems, and financial regulations
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Proficient in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with metal casting or heavy industrial manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with cost allocation techniques in a foundry environment
  • Knowledge of local tax laws and industrial compliance standards
