Job location: Karachi.

We are expanding our finance team and hiring for multiple positions across three levels: Finance – Manager (5–8 years' experience), Assistant Manager Finance (3-5 years' experience) and Finance Associate (2-3 years' experience). These roles will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, compliance with IFRS, and providing financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities (Varying by seniority)

· Daily preparation of NAV for the funds, Ensuring end-to-end NAV reconciliations, including positions, cash, holdings, units, corporate actions, trades (Geneva/CRD/ETS/NPL), management fees, and validation of security prices & FX (Bloomberg vs Refinitiv).

· Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely processing of money and preparation of the distribution workings for all the funds.

· Ensuring timely payments related to funds

· Ensuring correct and timely booking of accrual and collection.

· Helping IT in setting up a new fund.

· Managing fund/SPV audits by coordinating with administrators, auditors, and stakeholders to obtain confirmations, review financials, and ensure timely, high-quality reporting.

· Supervise and ensure timely preparation and distribution of quarterly/annual reports

· Manage record keeping like Oversee and maintain all fund documentation (invoices, contracts, approvals, income records, fee calculations, unit transfers, registers, and distribution logs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Professional qualification: ACCA / CA / ICMA / Masters (preferably in finance and accounts)

· 3–8 years of relevant fund accounting experience.

· Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and fund structures

· Experience in financial reporting, audits, reconciliations, and fund operations

· Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (Oracle or similar) and MS Excel

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Career Path

· Finance Associate (2–3 yrs): Gain hands-on experience in accounting, reporting, and analysis.
