(A) Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely invoicing by gathering and reconciling necessary data from various departments. This includes tracking and updating invoices, managing customer approvals, and recording payments. Additionally, the role involves preparing monthly financial reports, accruals, site wise revenue, normalize revenue, cash collection report and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and timely collections.

(B) Key Accountabilities

  • Collect and compile all necessary data required for invoicing, including bills, hours, grid categorization, breaches, additional assets on tower etc., from various departments such as Sales & Marketing, and Engineering & Operations.
  • Prepare financial reconciliations using technical data and share with the customer for approvals of invoice submission, monitor and follow up with customers for timely invoice approvals and maintain records of all payments.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of reconciliation processes.
  • Generate invoices and upload them to the invoice desk portal of the customers namely, such as COUPA, ERP, or I-Supplier (oracle financials).
  • Track and update the status of all invoices raised to customers on a monthly basis and collect the cash within due date of credit terms locked with the customers.
  • Work with the rapid/revenue booking team to ensure timely monthly financial closure.
  • Prepare monthly accruals and ensure accurate financial reporting.

(D) Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • A robust finance background with a recognized accounting qualification ACCA/MBA Finance.
  • Proficiency in specialized reporting skills such as Microsoft office such as power point, Excel.
  • Extensive professional experience spanning 2-3 years
