Are you a go-getter passionate about finding the right opportunities and driving business growth? We're looking for a Business Development Executive who specializes in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other effective lead-generation strategies. Bonus points if you have experience in Upwork business development

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and other lead gen tools/platforms
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through strategic research and outreach
  • Engage and nurture leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to convert them into potential clients
  • Set appointments or handover hot leads to the sales or marketing team
  • If experienced with Upwork:
  • Write tailored proposals and submit bids
  • Manage Upwork profile and track outreach performance
  • Convert inbound leads into clients through effective communication
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of CRM tools and outreach strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to research, identify decision-makers, and approach potential clients
  • Experience with Upwork business development is a strong plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Job Type:
  • Commission-based to start (1 month)
  • Potential to grow into a full-time, hybrid role based in Rawalpindi based on performance
  • Remote work flexibility
