Interactive Technology is one of the leading Graphic Designing/Software Development/Web Development firms. We are seeking an Executive with a Major in Marketing for the post of Business Development Executive who takes responsibility for ensuring growth in revenue and profitability for the business through the acquisition of new clients and the increased opportunity within existing clients.

The Business Development Executive will work across Interactive Technology's Team and monitor/support graphic designers for business development activity. They will take responsibility for researching and following up leads, developing multi-level relationships with prospects, understanding the needs of the prospects and clients, and managing the client relationship through implementation.

You will be articulating designing concepts and information in a manner that will provide the best services to our clients.

Job Specification

To be successful in this role, you need to be:

  • Prior experience working on Elance, ODesk, or Freelancer is a plus.
  • Having strong knowledge of services offered by Interactive Technology.
  • Knowledge of how to calculate Business Stats.
  • Persistent, patient, and have an excellent understanding of how to leverage client relationships throughout the sales cycle to increase conversion rates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven to generate new ideas for implementation for the growth of the company.
  • Able to work with the team in a pleasant manner.
  • Following the instructions provided by the Business Development Manager and performing accordingly.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Able to encourage the team for results.
