As a Product Delivery and Analytics Solutions Vice President within Client Account Services (CAS) Change & Strategy, you will uphold the highest standards of reporting accuracy, completeness, and transparency, which are vital to CAS. You will be instrumental in providing insights through operational, performance, and risk reporting that are materially accurate, complete, and timely for operations teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders. Your role will involve developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, along with maintaining documentation on standard operating procedures, governance, and change control procedures. By collaborating closely with business owners, other products, and cross-functional teams, including developers, design/architecture, and data owners, you will ensure the successful delivery of products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and management of reporting services
• Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product and reporting requirements
• Analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights to create reports or provide recommendations
• Collaborate with Controls, Risk, Compliance, and Business Owners to understand data requirements, ensure data quality, and support strategic decision and delivery of reporting demands
• Serve as a reporting subject matter expert for utilities such as party and accounts

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Reporting and Data Analytics, or similar role
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and strong leadership skills
• Experienced data solutions and technology tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, AWS
• Lead and manage projects
• Ability to adjust and be flexible to change by adapting approach when necessary

• Excellent communication and presentation
