Job Description

We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing All-Rounder. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing to take their skills to the next level. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  2. Analyze and report on the success of digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Manage and grow social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and running paid advertising campaigns.
  4. Write and design engaging emails to be sent to customers and prospects.
  5. Develop and publish high-quality blog content that drives traffic and engagement.
  6. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  2. Excellent writing and communication skills.
  3. Experience with graphic design and/or video editing is a plus.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  5. Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
  6. Passion for digital marketing and a drive to continuously learn and grow.

Skills:

  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
  3. Knowledge of social media platforms and management tools
  4. Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools
  5. Ability to write engaging content and design visually appealing emails

Education:

A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but we believe that skills are more important than education. Young and motivated individuals with a passion for digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
