Job Description:

We are seeking a talented YouTube video editor and short-form content creator to produce engaging and high-quality video content for YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques to create visually compelling and viral-worthy content.

Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce engaging YouTube videos and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) tailored for audience retention and engagement.
  • Implement fast-paced editing styles, jump cuts, motion graphics, and text overlays to enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop visually appealing and trend-driven content.
  • Organize and manage raw footage, ensuring efficient workflow, proper file organization, and backup.
  • Add captions, motion graphics, memes, and other elements to enhance content appeal.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms to ensure high-quality, platform-specific formatting and engagement.
  • Stay updated on trending editing styles, viral content strategies, and platform algorithms to create high-performing videos.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a YouTube Video Editor or Short-Form Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing fast-paced, engaging edits.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube and social media video trends, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience with motion graphics, meme-style edits, and text animations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
