The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyse the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement effective B2C2B sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with individual consumers and business clients.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.

Work with the team to enhance the customer experience throughout the sales process.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports for senior management on team performance, market trends, and key metrics.

Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize sales effectiveness.

Sales Training and Development

Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.

Identify and address skill gaps within the team, fostering continuous learning and development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Foster collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, to align sales and marketing strategies and ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business with 3+ years in the sales industry
  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both consumers and business clients.

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making.

Adaptability

Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

Willingness to embrace change and implement innovative sales strategies.
