The Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The role involves improving maintenance-related nonproductive time and efficiency of the Product Line's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB), as well as enhancing people productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain assigned equipment according to the maintenance program and reliability-centered maintenance strategy, using the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
  2. Record materials, supplies, labor costs, and maintenance performance data within TLM business systems, including work orders, parts used, and time logs.
  3. Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
  4. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization and reduce the cost of service delivery (CoSD).
  5. Contribute to efforts reducing asset turnaround time by minimizing downtime, failures, and work-in-process.
  6. Support initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency and technician productivity.
  7. Implement CoSD projects like the planned repair and reuse of parts.
  8. Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
  9. Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Frac equipment, engines, hydraulics, transmission, mechanical equipment, generators, and motors.
