Registration and Participation Management:

  • Handle student/individual registration, monitor participation, and maintain accurate records within Siber Koza applications.
  • Work with university/technopark management, coordinate training/events with internal and external partners, and manage mentor communication and reporting.

Project Evaluation:

  • Conduct preliminary project evaluations, assessing feasibility and potential, and report findings to management.

Facility & Resource Management:

  • Optimize facility use, maintain equipment, manage supplies, and ensure secure storage of project/participant documentation.

Application Management:

  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Siber Koza applications, troubleshooting issues as needed.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Regularly report on center operations and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Other Duties:

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline).
  • Proven experience in coordination, administration, or project management, preferably in an incubation center or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in evaluating projects or business plans is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and technology trends is a plus.
