Job Overview:

We are seeking a talentedVideo Editor & Graphic Designerwho has experience in bothvideo editing and graphic design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting visually engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, includingInstagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest. This role requires expertise in branding, typography, and color consistency to ensure our brand identity remains strong across all content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Design aesthetic and cohesiveInstagram grids, highlight covers, and daily stories.
  • Create platform-specific thumbnails (Instagram - portrait, TikTok - vertical, YouTube - landscape).
  • Adapt designs forvarious social media platformswhile ensuring brand consistency.

Video Editing:

  • Edit engaging short-form videos forTikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Stories.
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, and captions to enhance video content.
  • Optimize video content for ads, organic engagement, and different aspect ratios.

Graphic Design & Branding:

  • Ensure all visuals align withTripShepherd's brand guidelines(correct fonts, colors, and styles).
  • Createinfographics, video graphics, social media campaigns, Pinterest pins, Google Display Ads, and article graphics.
  • Resize and optimize travel images for different digital platforms.
  • Develop static and animatedGoogle Ads and Meta Ads(videos & static banners).

Additional Preferred Skills.

  • Knowledge ofweb and app UI/UX design.
  • Experience inGoogle Ads adaptationand creating performance-driven ad creatives.
  • Understanding ofSEO best practices for visual content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experiencein social media graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut)orCanva.
  • Strong understanding ofbranding, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability toadapt content for multiple social media platforms.
  • Excellent eye for aesthetics, layout, and detail.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in thetravel and tourism industry.
  • Background inmarketing, advertising, or digital media.
  • Familiarity withPinterest, YouTube, and Instagram marketing strategies.
