???????????????????????????? is a dynamic and fast-growing company. We are seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Business Developer with expertise in Upwork & LinkedIn to join our remote team.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Identify potential clients and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct regular bidding on relevant projects across Upwork categories.
  • Maintain a high response rate and win ratio by crafting winning strategies and customized pitches.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to clients' needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
