We're seeking a dedicated Admissions Counsellor to establish and maintain seamless communication between Gradvisors, clients, universities, and portal representatives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring effective interaction and coordination among stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture communication channels between Gradvisors, clients, universities, and portal representatives.
  • Initiate and manage various types of meetings (Zoom, in-person) by reaching out to clients and scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and diligent completion of information on portals, maintaining data integrity and precision.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with interview candidates and clients, facilitating a smooth and effective exchange of information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, English, or a related field.
  • Applicant must have between 6 months - 1 year of experience for this entry-level position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Diligent work ethic with an eye for detail, ensuring error-free interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in coordinating meetings and utilizing communication platforms.
