Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Training:Directs and supervises meat department staff, assigning tasks and providing guidance. Trains new employees on cutting, handling, and displaying meat products, as well as on safety procedures and company policies.
- Quality Control:Ensures the quality of meat products, adhering to established standards and procedures.
- Food Safety:Maintains strict adherence to food safety regulations and protocols, ensuring proper handling, storage, and preparation of meat.
- Inventory Management:Manages inventory levels, ordering products as needed to maintain a diverse and stocked selection.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
