Job Title: Meat Department Supervisor

Summary:

  • This role requires a leader with exceptional organizational and time management skills to supervise the meat department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Development: Direct the team, assign tasks, provide guidance, train new employees on cutting, handling, and displaying meat products, as well as safety procedures and company policies.
  2. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of meat products by adhering to established standards and procedures.
  3. Food Safety Management: Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and protocols, ensuring proper handling, storage, and preparation of meat.
  4. Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory levels, ordering products as needed to maintain a diverse and stocked selection.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
