We're seeking a Supply Specialist to support supply management and operational efficiency in our ride-hailing business and daily operations through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting in developing operational strategies for Yango ride-hailing
  2. Supporting partner network management for effective collaboration
  3. Helping optimize driver supply and coverage through local partnerships
  4. Facilitating driver onboarding and retention initiatives
  5. Monitoring daily operations, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements
  6. Analyzing performance metrics and contributing to data-driven initiatives
  7. Collaborating with marketing, support, and tech teams to enhance user experience
  8. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal best practices
  9. Supporting the operations team in driving continuous improvement

You might be a fit if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant work experience
  • A background in operations (preferably in ride-hailing, mobility, or logistics)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven mindset focused on operational optimization
