Job Overview

As a seasoned Business Solutions Specialist, you will spearhead the implementation of financial and supply chain modules within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.

Your key objective will be to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, implement process improvements, and ensure successful project delivery across financial operations and supply chain workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Domain:
    • Configure general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting systems.
    • Automate and validate cost of goods sold and inventory clearing account transactions.
    • Correct misconfigured posting profiles and reverse incorrect transactions.
    • Document finance standard operating procedures and deliver user training sessions.
  • Supply Chain Domain:
    • Design and implement workflows for inventory movements, transfer orders, and cycle counts.
    • Resolve issues in item master data, including unit prices and units of measure.
    • Optimize intercompany purchase order/sales order trade flows.
    • Implement inventory reconciliation and shortage/excess correction routines.
    • Collaborate with warehouse teams for process mapping and improvements.
  • Cross-Functional:
    • Gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
    • Lead user acceptance testing, user training sessions, and SOP documentation.
    • Work closely with technical consultants for integration, reporting, and automation.
    • Support business users during stabilization and post-go-live support.
