Intermediate or bachelors in any discipline

- Scheduling appointments of patients.
- Greeting patients and making them feel comfortable
- Obtain necessary patient information - clinical, financial and demographic from referral sources to initiate the registration process
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Checking patients in and out
- Collecting and processing payments
- Following up with patients regarding test results and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Performing phlebotomy procedures, including drawing blood samples from patients
- Preparing and labeling specimens for laboratory testing

Job Specification

- Technical skills to draw blood and use laboratory equipment

- Ability to interact with patients in a professional and empathetic manner

- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong multi tasking and prioritizing skills.
