Job Title: Upwork Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Upwork Manager to oversee our freelance operations on the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Upwork profile, generating leads, handling client communications, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will work closely with a team of freelancers and internal stakeholders to drive successful projects and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Profile Management: Oversee and optimize our Upwork profile, ensuring it reflects the company's values, expertise, and services effectively.
- Client Acquisition: Research and identify potential clients, write compelling proposals, and secure new projects to drive growth.
- Client Communication: Handle client interactions, maintain ongoing relationships, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Management: Coordinate and manage a team of freelancers, ensuring the timely completion of projects and high-quality deliverables.
- Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, set expectations, and manage the billing and payment process.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track project metrics and provide reports on performance, revenue, and client feedback.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet or exceed the client's requirements and deadlines.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise between clients and freelancers or within the team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Upwork profiles, securing projects, and working with freelancers.
- Strong understanding of Upwork's platform, policies, and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in project management and team coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack) and communication platforms.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing client relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and leverage Upwork performance metrics to drive improvements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing, design, development, or other specific fields related to our services.
- Previous success in growing and managing a freelancing business or team on Upwork.
- Familiarity with Upwork's billing systems, payment structures, and contract management processes.
