We're Hiring: Talented Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Who We're Looking For:
1-A self-motivated, result-oriented Upwork Bidder who can:

2-Craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs

3-Identify and pursue high-potential projects

4-Build long-term client relationships

5-Understand IT/digital services (Web Dev, Design, Marketing, etc.)

6-Work independently and meet daily/weekly targets

Responsibilities:

1-Daily bidding on Upwork (and other platforms a plus)

2-Writing custom, engaging proposals that convert

3-Handling client communication and initial negotiations

4-Coordinating with our internal team to prepare project estimates

What You Bring:

1-Proven experience as a bidder on Upwork or similar platforms

2-Excellent written English and communication skills

3-Strong understanding of client psychology and business needs

4-Familiarity with IT services and project life cycles
