  2. Handling incoming phone calls and other communications
  3. Scheduling & Planning a Patent Calendar
  4. Communicating with company executive - Dr. Farzeen
  5. Conducting manager performance reviews
  6. Preparing business plans, budgets, and schedules
  7. Providing managers with the resources they need
  8. Ensuring managers comply with company and legal requirements
  9. Overseeing a department's overall performance
  10. Greeting clients and visitors into the company premises
  11. Managing files, updating paperwork, and other documents
  12. Performing other general office duties and errands
  13. Knowledge of social media and creative skills
Job Specification

You must have true leadership ability, superior customer service skills, and strong oral and written communication skills. Strong proficiency with technology tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, and Outlook is required. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
