Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update QA documentation, records, and filing systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Prepare and fill Change Approval Forms with complete technical details and modalities, and obtain approvals from all stakeholders and BOD
  • Maintain an up-to-date Change Approval Log in the system, ensuring traceability and accessibility of all change requests and approvals
  • Compile, analyze, and report QA data to support decision-making, process improvements, and management reviews
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of documents and change requests, and support QA team in audits
  • Assist in developing and updating QA procedures, forms, and templates to support quality management system requirements
