Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a CRM Expert at Blue Cascade Pakistan in Multan. As a CRM Expert, you will:

  • Automate processes using HubSpot to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless CRM integrations.
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HubSpot automation
  • Analytical Skills, Sales, and Project Management skills
  • Effective Communication and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
  • Experience in CRM software implementation
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Certification in CRM software is a plus
