Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves driving sales growth, expanding the client base, and increasing revenue in the Multan region.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify and target new sales leads, focusing on key market categories such as corporate offices, real estate projects, and commercial clients.

Our ideal candidate will have strong B2B and B2C sales expertise, a proven track record in furniture, interior solutions, or related industries, and the ability to build relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients. They will also have a deep understanding of market trends, strategic planning, and effective execution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth in the Multan region.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Hubspot, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office.
