Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time On-Site

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate potential clients for our digital services including Web Development, Logo & Branding Design, SEO, Graphic Design, and Social Media Marketing (SMM). The ideal candidate should be experienced in B2B lead generation, familiar with digital marketing trends, and skilled at using tools to build a healthy pipeline for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries for digital services.
  • Generate high-quality leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email outreach, cold calling, and other channels.
  • Create targeted prospect lists and maintain lead databases (e.g., in Excel, HubSpot, or Zoho).
  • Understand client needs and match them with our services such as:
  • Website Development & Design
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)
  • Graphic Design
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and strategies.
  • Qualify leads before passing them to the closing team.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure conversion tracking.
  • Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably for a digital agency or creative services.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of digital services such as Web Design, SEO, SMM, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr is a plus.
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of digital design and development workflows
