Role Summary:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team remotely. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality leads via email marketing and research, supporting our UK sales team with clean, qualified data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to attract leads
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads using online tools
  • Manage and update lead data using Excel and Google Spreadsheets
  • Utilize Mailchimp for campaign execution and tracking
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion
  • Report on lead generation performance and suggest improvements

Required Skills:

  • Experience in lead generation and email marketing
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Mailchimp
  • Strong research, communication, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
