Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager based in Lahore. The Construction Manager will oversee daily operations on construction sites, including managing staff, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include maintaining construction safety standards, managing budgets, and executing project controls. The Construction Manager will also handle client communications and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills in managing construction staff and subcontractors
  • Competence in Budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and regulations
  • Experience in Construction management and execution
  • Proficiency in Project Control and monitoring project progress
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
