Job Title: Construction Site Manager

Synopsis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily operations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, ability to manage budgets, and experience in construction safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role that involves managing construction staff, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high standards of construction safety
  • Managing budgets and financial resources
  • Executing project controls and monitoring progress
  • Handling client communications and resolving issues

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements
