Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $30.00/hr

We're reinventing content operations with an AI-first engine that produces forums, knowledge bases, blogs, event guides, and community content powering SaaS products. Your work ensures these outputs are accurate, polished, and ready for publication, directly impacting live products used by customers. The better your work, the faster we ship, and the smarter our AI becomes.

This role involves triaging high-volume AI outputs, editing them into clear, correct, user-facing content, and providing detailed feedback for AI retraining. You'll catch hallucinations, write structured commentary to improve AI, and identify systemic content errors to drive improvements.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Refine and validate AI-generated content for forums, blogs, and knowledge bases to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Analyze AI performance feedback to guide retraining and improve outputs
  • Evaluate content quality at scale, identify trends, errors, and optimization opportunities, and generate reports
What You Won't Be Doing
  • Content moderation of user behavior
  • Traditional copyediting focused only on grammar
  • QA testing of software or checklists
Basic Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in content editing, AI content review, or content operations
  • Experience working with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper), reviewing and guiding AI outputs
  • Editorial mastery of English writing
