The Division

The Position

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Lahore.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the FA in analyzing financial data and trends to provide insights into the division's financial performance.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and projections for decision-making.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning at Head Office.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant data.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.
  • Develop dashboards and reports, including presentations for monthly results and management reviews.
  • Analyze & report monthly results, KPIs, and leading indicators for forecasting.
  • Assist in evaluating financial packages and support management in financial certification.
  • Support month-end close, flux review, and financial reporting processes.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration / Finalist or completed professional accounting qualification.
  • Proven ability to manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
  • Efficient, multi-tasking, goal-oriented.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and strong quantitative financial skills.
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
