Job Title: Accounts Payable Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Financial Analyst to support our finance department with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. This position is crucial in managing accounts payable (AP), reconciliations, and financial documentation for smooth financial operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices for accuracy, approvals, and company policies. They will also ensure timely payments to local and international suppliers, match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes, and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have strong vendor relationships, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent communication with vendors regarding payment inquiries and disputes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical, accounting, and organizational skills to support financial operations efficiently.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA Part Qualified, MBA, M.Com, BBA, CA inter, ACMA Inter.
