Job Title: Guest Experience & Collaboration Manager
Reports To: CEO
Location: 80% Remotely (on-site presence required as per schedule)
Starting Compensation: PKR 35,000 + commission
Growth Path: PKR 50,000 after 3 months (performance-based)
Long-Term Potential: Up to PKR 150,000 to 300,000(based on loyalty, initiative and leadership)

Role Overview

We are hiring a driven and detail-oriented Guest Experience & Collaboration Manager to manage the complete guest journey, coordinate influencer collaborations, and oversee daily site discipline. This is a high-trust, hybrid role requiring strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and operational focus.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Management

Coordinate virtual greetings before guest arrival

Organize personalized gestures (birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons)

Collect post-stay feedback and manage online reviews

Handle guest complaints and ensure issue resolution via WhatsApp and on-ground coordination

Influencer & Collaboration Handling

Liaise with approved influencers, creators and brand partner

Track barter versus paid collaborations and manage shoot logistics

Maintain a collaboration calendar and follow up on deliverables

Attendance & Staff Oversight

Track daily staff attendance (manual and WhatsApp logs)

Monitor hygiene, uniform, and discipline of all ground staff

Escalate major issues to site operations

Site Audits & Reporting

Conduct weekly site checks for rooms, kitchen, and overall maintenance

Use checklist format and submit media-based proof (photos or videos)

Flag stock shortages or repair needs

ChatGPT (for assistance with captions, content and reporting)

Performance Indicators

Guest satisfaction and positive review rates

Execution and quality of collaborations

Weekly reporting accuracy

Staff attendance and discipline consistency

Completion and documentation of audit checklists

This is a full-time hybrid role with high growth potential for individuals who can independently manage both guest-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes operations.
