Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound invites and send proposals on Upwork.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up system for leads.
  • Book discovery calls and pitch service packages effectively.
  • Keep client records updated in CRM tools.
  • Work closely with our marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Familiarity with Upwork is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
