Zeltrix Digital is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative with a strong background in web design and development sales. This is a client-facing role that requires hands-on experience in cold outreach, email marketing, and closing high-value deals. You'll be expected to manage inbound and outbound leads, and ensure smooth client communication throughout the sales process.

Role Responsibilities:


• Identify and qualify leads for our digital services (web, design, branding, and more)


• Proactively engage and convert leads from cold outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist) and social media channels


• Conduct extensive cold email campaigns with strong follow-up strategies


• Pitch tailored digital solutions based on client requirements


• Communicate clearly to understand client pain points and offer the right solutions


• Handle objections with confidence and close deals effectively


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and upselling


• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)


• Deep understanding of cold outreach tools and strategies


• Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with international clients


• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working under pressure


• Experience with appointment setting, cold emailing, and deal closing

Eligibility – Do NOT Apply If:


• You lack relevant B2B sales or agency experience


• You've never closed $5K+ in monthly sales


• You're unfamiliar with cold outreach platforms like Instantly, Apollo, or Lemlist.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, office-based role (Onsite)
  • Timings: 7pm to 4am.
  • Salary: Market Competitive Base Salary + Commissions.
