Winston Mall is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to bring bold and innovative visual storytelling to life. This role involves developing engaging marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Branding: Develop eye-catching and impactful designs for both print and digital media.
Marketing & Social Media Assets: Create marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and brand assets aligned with the company's visual identity.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image.
Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver unique design solutions.
Brainstorming & Ideation: Contribute fresh, creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback to refine and enhance design concepts.
Design Trends & Tools: Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and industry standards.
Project Management: Handle multiple design projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Quality Control: Conduct final checks to ensure high-quality outputs across all designs.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in graphic design with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and design precision.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
Openness to feedback with a positive attitude toward professional growth.
