Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling graphics for both digital and print platforms.

Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and branding materials.

Produce engaging content tailored for social media platforms.

Create high-quality illustrations, infographics, layouts, and UI/UX design elements.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to understand project goals.

Ensure visual consistency with the company's branding standards.

Stay up-to-date with design trends and apply them to active projects.

Manage multiple design projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

Prepare print-ready files and digital assets for distribution.

Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback.

Maintain a well-organized archive of all design assets.

Participate in brainstorming and creative discussions to contribute fresh ideas.

Provide occasional design support for web and mobile application development.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience in a senior graphic design role with a strong and diverse portfolio.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.

Solid grasp of typography, layout design, branding strategies, and color theory.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts to non-designers.

Familiarity with UI/UX principles and remote work environments.

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Open to feedback and capable of adapting designs as needed.

Willingness to learn new tools and stay current with design technologies.

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
