We are looking for a qualified, aggressive, and passionate Business Developer to join our team with:

  1. Responsible for acquiring business through different channels (UpWork, Twago, and Direct marketing) for mobile & web design and development.
  2. Perform pre-sales and post-sales activities related to mobile and web design/development projects, requirements gathering, and/or project coordination.
  3. Help maintain company marketing communication channels consistently across website, printed material, social networks, and freelancing portals.
  4. Market the company's mobile and web services to a wide range of prospects through online, direct, and social channels.
  5. Bid on mobile and web design and development related projects such as UpWork, Twago, and Direct marketing.
  6. Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  7. Understand prospects' work problems; propose technical solutions to those problems by coordinating with the technical team and submitting relevant service proposals.
  8. Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and instant messengers to answer any additional questions and eventually convert them into customers.
  9. Maintain close contact with all assigned customers; ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  10. Effectively follow the company's defined processes for sales, service delivery, and payments.
  11. Coordinate with various team members and departments to ensure effective delivery of company services.
  12. Maintain customer correspondence and records effectively.
  13. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  14. Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  15. Identify new markets and business opportunities.
