Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven culture. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing teams, developing HR policies, and aligning people strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts across multiple departments.
  • Act as a key advisor on employee relations, workplace engagement, and team development.
  • Develop and manage employee training, upskilling, and development programs.
  • Implement and improve HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Drive performance management, feedback, and review cycles.
  • Lead efforts to cultivate a supportive workplace culture and improve overall employee wellness.
  • Maintain secure and organized HR records and personnel documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR management.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and training program development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or certifications such as SHRM/PHR are a plus).
