Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the onshore part of the project time schedule in Primavera P6.
  • Develop onshore time schedule according to offshore data and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure integration between the project Master Schedule and Last Planner System coordination.
  • Support site management team in planning project execution activities.
  • Act as an interface between disciplines to develop and adjust site time schedule.
  • Follow and update site work progress.
  • Create site progress reports and forecast schedule analysis.
  • Evaluate actual progress of site works and identify risks.
  • Highlight economical and cost-saving working procedures.
  • Participate in site progress and work coordination meetings.
  • Ensure good reporting practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
