Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both inbound and outbound sales processes and is passionate about connecting with prospects, building pipelines, and supporting overall revenue growth. This is an on-site night shift role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain targeted lead lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn touchpoints, cold emailing, and cold calling to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel.

Outreach & Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with decision-makers via multiple channels.
  • Set up discovery meetings or demos for Account Executives.
  • Personalize messaging based on the prospect's industry, use-case, or pain points.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Track outreach activities, lead statuses, and pipeline movement.
  • Follow up consistently and nurture leads through to conversion.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and improve funnel performance.
  • Share insights from prospect interactions to help refine messaging and targeting.

Requirements:

  • Fresh to 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar).
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and tactics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or any related field.
