You will employ your technical skills in IM and related technologies and project management skills to manage the delivery of project work, deliverables, and solutions for clients by leading technical team members to meet clients' technical and business objectives. Your goal would be to produce a WOW experience for the client and a client satisfaction rating of 8 or higher.

Job Specification

  • Are a graduate in Computer Science, Business (MIS), Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Fit into our culture represented by our core values
  • Are proficient in IM enterprise technologies
  • Are familiar with core business functions. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, Consumer Packaged Goods industry, or medical clinical industry would be a plus.
  • Are competent in technically managing one large and a couple of smaller projects concurrently and delivering timely/quality results for the customers
  • Are able to transform 'unstructured' customer requirements into technical requirements and specifications for validation by the client.
  • Are committed to positively influencing your team members and leading them on projects.
  • Have good oral, written, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Are competent in communicating with customers over the phone or in person and facilitating a session with customers/partners
  • Have good problem-solving skills

Bring overall competence in multiple disciplines including technical/business/sports, etc.
