Senior Technical Leader

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Leader to spearhead our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a technology vision, managing product outcomes, developing long-term roadmaps, and leading technical design discussions.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving execution, launch, and daily operations of functionalities at high quality. They will also be responsible for hiring, managing, and developing a diverse team of highly qualified Engineers.

Responsibilities:
  • Technology Vision: Define and implement a technology vision for building new product features for fleet & driver safety.
  • Product Management: Manage the product and business outcomes of the engineering teams.
  • Long-term Roadmap: Develop a long-term product roadmap in collaboration with product teams.
  • Technical Design: Lead technical design discussions by collaborating with multiple teams including Frontend, Product, Design, Computer Vision & Data Science teams.
  • Execution: Drive the execution, launch, and daily operations of functionalities for internal/external customers at consistently high quality.
  • Team Development: Hire, manage, and develop a diverse team of highly qualified Engineers.
