We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely dispatch, accurate stock management, and seamless coordination with customer service and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily dispatches, order pickups, and ensure timely delivery of all orders.
  • Oversee stock-in and stock-out processes on a daily basis.
  • Manage return order unpacking on alternate days and ensure proper documentation.
  • Conduct stock quality assurance checks regularly to maintain high standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Dispatch Team, and other internal departments.
  • Maintain store-wise inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels for each store.
  • Monitor warehouse performance and suggest improvements in workflow and efficiency.
  • Generate daily reports on stock movement, returns, and quality issues.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse area at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse/inventory management (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch procedures, and stock management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management systems.
  • Must be Lahore-based and willing to work evening shifts (3 PM to 11 PM).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with e-commerce operations will be a plus.
