As a part of our expansion plan at Visa Vertex, Lahore DHA Office, we have an opening for a "Customers Care Executive"

Responsibilities
  • Build & maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
  • Understand key customer individual needs and address these.
  • Conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Compliance with documents and addressing matters of clients.
  • Update clients regularly about their application or work status with the company.
  • Lead clients and address inquiries from them through emails.
  • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, service descriptions, videos, blogs, social media, etc.
  • Utilize immigration industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
  • Communicate and cooperate with a writing team, including a content manager, editors, and web publishers.
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within the deadlines.
  • Have excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with an ability to write in a wide variety of formats, tones, and styles.
  • Communicate with all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
  • Work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
